This is the Republican River Compact Administration Groundwater Model
update for 2020 using the 5 Run Procedure.
The procedures are unchanged from prior years.
This run uses the final precipitation, ET and reservoir data as well as
Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska data for 2020
from the July data exchange.
This run uses the initial heads from the run with the 2019 PRISM precipitation
correction.
