The reservoir end-of-month storage was updated from the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) web site. The NCDC precipitation and temperature data were obtained from the NOAA web site.
For Colorado and Kansas, the state data generation procedures are unchanged from 2005. For Nebraska the state data was generated using a new procedure for distributing pumping and recharge.
